The lodge park sits on the hillsides above Aldingham on the Furness Peninsula of the Lake District.
Lovers of the great outdoors will find an abundance of footpaths, green lanes and bridleways just waiting for you to explore, either on foot, bicycle or by car.
The peninsula has an undulating landscape that is gentler than the mountainous areas of the Lake District, with rolling fields, woodlands and picturesque tarns. Sitting on the quiet hillside of the park you could be forgiven for thinking you are miles from civilisation. However there are a number of towns and villages in the nearby area, including the picturesque market town of Ulverston.

Good rail networks and the A590 road links to nearby towns, the Lake District and the M6 mean that you’re never more than a short journey from wherever you want to be.
